1.0. Job Summary
The Amramp Maintenance Technician will assist the Amramp Administrator with all aspects and requirements of the Amramp franchise agreement. This position must have a customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
The Amramp Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Amramp Administrator.
2.0. Essential Duties
- 2.1 Provides assistance to the Amramp Administrator as requested.
- 2.2 Assist Amramp Administrator with individual customers by promptly answering telephone calls and emails; pre-qualify customers; identify their needs.
2.3. Schedule installation and provide follow up contact to confirm customer satisfaction; provide remediation as necessary.
2.4 Schedule removal of product per terms of rental agreements.
2.5 Install and remove ramps in a timely manner.
2.6 Complete and maintain all required paper and electronic documentation including schedules, communication, and tracking logs.
2.7 Receive shipments of ramp materials.
2.8 Maintain accurate records of inventory / materials and ensure that level of inventory is adequate for expected installations.
2.9 Regular travel throughout the states of Indiana and Ohio is a required element of this position.
2.10 Assist the Maintenance Department with minor repair on agency properties on an as- needed basis and as assigned by the Amramp Administrator in coordination with the supervisor of the Maintenance Department.
2.11 Perform other duties as assigned.

4.2 This position frequently (for more than half the day) requires standing, walking, pulling (up to 50 lbs.), lifting (50+lbs.), carrying (up to 50 lbs.), pushing (up to 50 lbs.), climbing stairs, kneeling, far acuity, depth perception, color vision, moving mechanical parts, drive motor vehicles.
4.3 This position is frequently subjected to adverse weather conditions.

. Requirements: 5.0 Preferred Minimum Qualifications

5.1 Must have high school diploma or equivalent, or be working toward a GED that successful completion can be achieved within a one year period of time from hire.
- 5.2 Must have ability to effectively express oneself in written reports, including electronic reporting of documentation.
5.5 Ability to project a professional image while interacting in the community and with customers.
8.6. Possesses valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
